Separate 6 Traditional Cheese Bread rolls from the package, put in a Ziploc bag and put in the fridge until soft, about 3 hours. Do not let it at room temperature, safety first. You can also do it overnight if you are planning to have it for breakfast.

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, add 1/4 cup of milk or heavy cream for a creamier texture, add salt and pepper to taste. Now it is the fun part, add anything that you like to the egg mixture: cheese of your preference, crumbled bacon, diced ham, cooked sausage, diced veggies, spinach, chopped onion or scallions… Make sure the total filings you add to the egg mixture equals to 1 cup. (e.g. 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup of diced ham)

Spray the bottom of 6 muffin pan cups. Press the Cheese Bread on each cup until it spreads around the bottom. Divided the egg mixture among each crust-lined cup.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400 F. until puffed and golden brown.
